Come receive a balancing treatment as we adjust to the inward and restful time of the Winter Season. Learn what foods, essential oils and lifestyle habits can help you achieve your optimal health throughout Winter and into these shorter, colder months.

Workshop and treatments led by licensed acupuncturist, Crystal Jancovic and essential oil expert, Kim Farrington.

Cost: $80. Workshop price includes a special one hour acupuncture and aromatherapy treatment.

Only 6 participants allowed in each workshop to adhere to social distancing and masks must be worn at all times.
